This is a "Y-Training Cord" #8312-009 that connects two Jabra headsets so that two people can connect two (2) headsets to a single phone and perform agent training, supervisory, coaching, or other multi-user tasks on one call while having the option to mute one of the headset users. This cord allows both users to listen and speak.
This Y-Training cord is perfect for collaborative or supervisory uses and is suitable for many Jabra GN headsets, making it the best choice for coaching, supervising, training your colleagues or new members of your team. To use this cord you will need your two (2) Jabra Wired Headsets and one (1)Telephone Connecting Cord (RJ9 to QD) or Smart Cord.
✅COMPATIBLE WITH JABRA QD COMPUTER HEADSETS: Use with QD Jabra wired headsets including Jabra BIZ 1500 series, BIZ 1900 series, BIZ 2400 series, GN2100, GN2000, GN2300, Jabra GN netcom headset and Liberation models.
✅NOTE: You will need a connecting cord to connect the splitter to your desk phone. If you don't have one already, you may purchase the Inteli Cord for Jabra Headset.
