This is a "Y-Training Cord" #8312-009 that connects two Jabra headsets so that two people can connect two (2) headsets to a single phone and perform agent training, supervisory, coaching, or other multi-user tasks on one call.
This cord allows only one user to listen and speak while the other user can only listen.
This Y-Training cord is perfect for collaborative or supervisory uses and is suitable for many Jabra GN headsets, making it the best choice for coaching, supervising, training your colleagues or new members of your team.
To use this cord you will need your two (2) Jabra Wired Headsets and one (1)Telephone Connecting Cord (RJ9 to QD) or Smart Cord.
