The Plantronics DUOSET #45273-01 has been DISCONTINUED.  You can plug can use it with virtually any desk phone when using the Plantronics M22 adapter or PC when using the DA45 USB adapter. The DUOSET has a quick-disconnect (QD) for easily untethering from the phone or PC without the need to take off the headset.
