The Cisco compatible Plantronics Encore PRO Duo Direct Connect is a lightweight premium headset. This headset boasts VoIP ready wideband audio for clearer speech in the new generation of Plantronics' popular Encore series headsets: the Encore Pro. 

The Plantronics Encore Pro headset has a distinctive slim line design and is built with premium lightweight nylon composite materials and plush leatherette ear pads taking comfort to a new level. The reinforced, lightweight headband provides strength and durability. The Encore Pro has a unique seven axes of adjustability which ensures a tailored fit. that boasts VoIP ready wideband audio for clearer speech in the new generation of Plantronics' popular Encore series headsets: the Encore Pro. 

Note: The Direct Connect Plantronics headset connects to the Cisco Modular Headset Jack on desktop Cisco phones (example: 794x, 796x, 797x,).  If need to connect this headset to your PC you will need purchase one of the items below.

  • Plantronics DA45 USB adapter is used  with the Plantronics Encore PRO HW301N for pc usage.
  • Plantronics MX10 multimedia adapter is used with the Plantronics Encore PRO HW301N for both telephone and pc usage.
