1. Confirm Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control is enabled
2. Press the Settings button on the phone (Checkbox icon). Select Device Configuration, then Media Configuration.
3. If Wireless Headset Hookswitch Control shows Disabled, contact your telephone administrator as this may require configuration through a TFTP server or via the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration application.
