Cisco Compatible Headsets
These Cisco compatible headsets are designed to work with your Cisco Unified IP phones regardless of work environment. Plug these headsets into the Cisco headset port and your're ready for handsfree communications. If you wish to have total control of any wired headset including settings, mute, speakers, microphone, volume, etc make sure to include the Sound Enhancer (GN8210 or Link 850) to your order. The Sound Enhancers are NOT required for wireless headsets. We realize that Cisco has tons of phones and multiple configurations. Below are several recommendations.
Use any Corded "Direct Connect" headset or Wireless headsets found on this page with the following Cisco phones:

- 7800 series: 7821, 7841, 7861
