2. Once you are on the next page (I selected business professionals in this case), scroll down until you see the "Need Support?" image and click on it. (See second screenshot below)
3. On the next page, EPOS provides three possible DIY options for you. You can take a look at PRODUCT SUPPORT ARTICLES which contains a lot of materials like data sheets, FAQs, firmware updates, and how to videos. (See second screenshot)
EPOS also provides a quick access section for the ADAPT, COMMAND, EXPAND, and IMPACT series. One click and it takes you to a headset listing where you can find all devices associated with the product line.
