NOTE: To install headset on the Avaya phone you will need to enable the headset mode. See instructions below:

Avaya phones require volume adjustment for best headset audio. While in a call using a headset, press the volume adjust buttons on the phone until the phone volume indicator shows 2 bars. The USB port has to be enabled on the phone. To do so, press the Services button twice, select Preferences, select Headsets, select Change headset type to, select USB if necessary, and then press Apply.
