The Plantronics model headet #91064-04 (SSP1064-04).  This model is the headset only.  If you require additional accessories checkout our Essential Accessories sections. This Plantronics headset provides the capability to listen in on two separate audio sources simultaneously: One "primary" source for a telephone connection and the other "secondary" source to listen to a different audio source.  Each speaker is connected independently to its own audio source. For example, the "secondary" audio can be plugged into almost any sound source such as a computer sound card or a dictation machine heard only in one earphone.

Plantronics Custom Headset for Visually Impaired or Dictation

  • May be used for 2 applications: for a visually impaired person or for someone who needs to do dictation and be on phone calls
  • Can be used with Visual Aid software such as JAWS
    •  Note: (If connecting to PC via USB you will also need Plantronics DA-45 USB dongle)
  • For visually impaired application: listen to the telephone call in left ear, while the keystrokes are announced in right ear
  • For dictation: listen to dication in right ear and listen to telephone calls in left ear
