The Plantronics model SMH1783-15 (1-HW261N Headset, 1-M22 amplifier and 1-SSP1064-04 which is a monitor receiver for voice and dictation). This Plantronics headset provides the capability to listen in on two separate audio sources simultaneously: One "primary" source for a telephone connection and the other "secondary" source to listen to a different audio source. Each speaker is connected independently to its own audio source. For example, the "secondary" audio can be plugged into almost any sound source such as a computer sound card or a dictation machine heard only in one earphone.
